A Letter from the Founder

Dear Friends and Community,

I am pleased to announce the opening of my new office, a vision developed over several years. My goal is to offer a welcoming space where children, families, and individuals can access support, healing, and hope close to home. We accept insurance, welcome private pay, and offer sliding-scale options to ensure care is accessible.

In Villa Rica, Carrollton, Bremen, and nearby communities west of Atlanta, more people are seeking therapy that is grounded, private, and intentional. While virtual care remains important, many still value the connection and focus of in-person sessions.

Clinicians are also rethinking their practice. Traditional office models, long-term leases, and rigid structures no longer meet the needs of many therapists. There is increasing demand for flexibility, independence, and spaces that support both clinician well-being and the client experience.

That vision led me to create the Today Alone Therapy Collective.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and U.S. Army veteran, I wanted to build something different—a thoughtfully designed therapy space in Villa Rica that allows clinicians to provide in-person care without sacrificing autonomy.

For clients, this means expanded access to quality in-person therapy throughout West Georgia.

For clinicians, it offers a more sustainable and flexible way to practice.

Thank you for being part of this journey. I look forward to continuing to provide a place where healing, growth, and hope can flourish for years to come.

Warmly,

Sharilee Benjamin, LCSW
